Things move fast at an event. Capturing all the planned items and scheduled activities takes a trained eye and the ability to quickly size up all the factors, get the shot…and not get in the way! Also important is to be ready to get that one unexpected moment or reaction that encapsulates the meaning of the gathering perfectly.
